As of March 2025, the Alpha Mercy Health & Wellness Center (in partnership with government’s Ministry of Health & Wellness), will begin offering free dental care to students from Genesis Academy. Genesis Academy is a Christian school which provides academic and vocational skills training to children, youth and adult learners (ages 12 to 25 years), who have a range of mental and physical disabilities. It borders the Alpha property and has enjoyed a positive relationship with the Mercy school community for a number of years.
As part of our commitment to meeting the corporal needs of the most vulnerable, the Health & Wellness Center will now welcome six Genesis Academy students every month to use the clinic’s dental facilities and be seen by our highly skilled dental team. Due to the school’s close proximity to the Alpha campus, this arrangement provides a convenient way for students to access quality healthcare.
